Looking for help adding a new instance of IBM Sterling B2Bi to the IBM License Metric Tool. We recently moved our production instance of Sterling B2Bi to AWS and we need to run reports in the ILMT tool to get license information for our PVUs and our production instance does not show up in this tool at all like our DEV instance. Looking for advice on how to get our production instance to show up in the tool.
Do you have a BigFix Agent installed on the AWS instance? Does it have the scanner and catalog installed? Have you run the task to identify computers on public clouds?
