IBM BigFix Patch is pleased to announce the release of advanced Fixlets that uses YUM commands to run installation and uninstallation tasks for specific patches using either the CentOS download plug-in or the custom repository.
These Fixlets provide users more flexibility, as in cases where if the endpoint has an issue with some other packages for which a Fixlet is not there, the advanced Fixlets are used to install the package on the endpoint.
