When will the rest of MS Office updates for March 2018 be published? I see some office updates but not all? Usually these are all released simultaneously with the rest of O.S updates.

There is an issue with Office 2016 32-Bit on Windows 10 that requires some of the above patches:
Workaround is just run Windows Updates manually for now.
