IBM BigFix Console domain buttons not showing

Hi,

We are clean reinstall BigFix 9.5.5.193 with current license.crt and license.pvk file. Installation completed without any error. But we are logging in console not shown domain buttons (BigFix Management, Endpoint Protection,Pach Management Etc.)

BES Support Sites are not Gathered.

Can you check below link on the bigfix server

http://127.0.0.1:52311/cgi-bin/bfenterprise/BESGatherMirrorNew.exe

some of the file are failed to download from internet.

I had something similar on my DSA, turned out to have a proxy configuration in the system environmental values. Once I took those out (and restarted services) it seemed to fix itself.

If this is the problem, can i use Airgap Tool for fix it.

Problem resolved, BigFix is downloaded all Gather content but this process taken a long time.

Often the problem gathering is with an IPS. Have you tried to turn on HTTPS gathering?
