• SV-50953r5_rule (Fixlet ID. 76077) : “The Enhanced Mitigation Experience Toolkit (EMET) v5.x or later must be installed on the system”, by verifying if EMET v5.x or later is installed on the Windows 8 or Windows 8.1 systems, this fixlet is not relevant on those systems
