IBM BigFix Compliance Network self-quarantine

Hi,

Is it possible to use IBM BigFix to set up a quarantine if certain network conditions are not met? The documentation states that BigFix Compliance is used for network self-quarantine. Is there detailed documentation and guidance on how to do this?
