Https 28 error while trying to login to BF console

Hello

I just installed a bigfix server on a windows server 2018 machine.
I tried to login to the console on the server and i got the following error message:
"Unable to login tem server, have you run BESadmin to create the signing key on the server. Is the server able to connect to the databse"
After that message i run the administration tool and now i got the 28 error message while trying to log in:
“HTTP Error 28: Timeout was reached. Connection timed out after
10000 milliseconds.”

Can someone please help me?

I already done the process of _BESData_Comm_Timeoutseconds = 300, but still the Error is persistent.

Hi,

I just noticed, that when this error pops up the clients connected to our Bigfix Server is more than 5,000 and when it lower down to 2,000 clients the operation seems fine and no error message will pops up.

I suggest create a Bigfix Relay to reduce the clients connected directly to BF Server.
