Ever figure this out? My console users are starting to see this.
Would be better opened a case ( PMR ) and let the support team have a deeper look, having the possibility to analyze logs, tools output, other …
As very generic checks/actions could be performed before to proceed could think to :
Double check if there’s nothing ( proxy, firewall ) is interfering with the
normal network communication between the console and the server and
the server and the database
Double check there is nothing ( AV, database configuration, database ‘performance’ )
is interfering with the normal server/console activity
Check the Refresh and caching policy of the console,
for example if temporarily disabling the refresh change something
Check the ‘Health Check Dashboard’ does not point out critical issues
( too many actions opened, too many agents directly connected to the server, huge baselines, … )
Run the BES Audit Trail Cleaner and BES Computer Remover
ensure the deployment is as clean as possible from old stuff have performance
impact on the server functionality
