HTTP Error 28: SSL connection time out

I have a new, fresh BigFix setup with a remote database. While working or making any changes in the console, it shows HTTP Error 28: SSL connection time out. The console is taking too much time to load.receiving a not responding error.

I have checked the connectivity between the root and database servers, and it is fine.

Check these support notes for some troubleshooting steps.

I have already gone through this article but error is still there.

If you don’t have a support ticket open yet, you should open one. They can help you analyze the logs.
It’s likely a problem with the connection between your console machine and the root server. Check the BESRelay.log on the root server to see whether it shows any problems. Also check the FillDBData.log on the root.

It’s possible that there’s a connectivity issue or high latency / insufficient bandwidth between the root server and your remote database, but that’s less likely on a new deployment (usually I see the database throughout becoming a problem after ten or twenty thousand clients get deployed and the database can’t keep up).

Thanks for your suggestion. This issue was resolved.

What was the issue, if you don’t mind my asking? It could be helpful for us to add to our checklists.

The issue was with the SQL database. We have made a few changes to the TCP-IP connection.
