HTTP Error 18: An unknown error occurred while transferring data from the server: transfer closed with outstanding read data remaining

Hi,

We are able to login to console but there is no action.
If we try to action and target through dynamic, no computer are reporting to the action.

Computers are reporting properly to the console.

Please suggest.

From the short description it could require perform a procedure for one or more sites ( gather reset ) or a cleanup on the database ( actions not visible ) …

I’d suggest to backup the actual trace log files for the server BESRelay.* because depending the issue could be important identify the moment in which the problem first occurs …

… then let the support team investigate on the problem opening a PMR

Hi,

This is an issue regarding your database.Probably,these error is due to disconnect or discontinue while the transfer of data to database.

Please check the authentication(expired or nt) on the database.
Are you able to see all action in your action tab.

There are no actions on the actions tab. They all disappear once I close the console.
