HP-UX Support dropped in BigFix 9.5

Hi Any reason why HP-UX support was dropped from BigFix 9.5?

Partially due to the sunsetting of the platform by HP but the main reason was a technical one, the update to UNICODE wasn’t very supportable by the older compilers available on HP-UX without a large investment which was unlikely due to the end of life notification by HP.

That being said, the 9.2 platform is still fully supported and its agents have been given some of the features of 9.5 in regards to its reporting capabilities specifically because some platforms were dropped. You can use 9.2 agents with a 9.5 server very successfully.
