HP-UX and AIX compliance Reporting

Hi All,

HP is providing us the bundle and we are applying the same on HP-UX machines. I need relevance for given HP-UX bundle from HP. So that we can generate compliance against these bundle. Similarly, we are using AIX deployment wizard and AIX Interim fix wizard for patching of AIX machines. How we can generate the compliance report for the same.
