How to Unstall applications using BigFix

Hello,

I am new here and just registered. Everytime my users download Adobe products, it automatically installs Mcafee Security Scan with adobe products and users don’t realize that they don’t need that. Hand full of users are seeing issue with Mcafee Security scan auto run and asking them to pay to continue scanning. I need to remove that software remotely and silently Using BigFix. How do I accomplish this? I am not a script writer.

Hi,

I would use this analysis to discover the uninstall string: http://forum.bigfix.com/viewtopic.php?id=3621

Then use the Take Custom Action dialog to run that uninstall.
