How to tell if UAC is enabled

Is there a way to tell if UAC is enabled using any of the built in inspectors in BigFix 8? We found an article on using a vbscript, but then we would have to parse to output. We’d like to implement this as an Analysis.

not sure if this is true or not, but http://www.petri.co.il/disable_uac_in_windows_vista.htm says you can look at:

value “EnableLUA” of key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System equals “0”
