How to get newer "Patches for Windows site" cotent by command

I found that it is error in “/var/opt/BESServer/Mirror Server/inbox/GatherState.xml”.
So I want to run a update bu manual. Please share me the way.

I know that I can run the action on console. But this didn’t work.
