Customizable menus will can be added by the developers only . We have the same requirement in out organization . We raised an RFP but IBM said they can give it in new release only ater jan 2013 :frowning:

Please let me know if you have figured it out yourself . We need ctrl + alt+x menu for doing some stuffs in our servers after a tivoli remote control . It is really imporant for us please let me know .
