How to add a status of an acation on Web report

I have a computer report and I would like to add a status of an action on this report as columm with the information "Evoluating, Running or Fixed. Can you please help me on it?

If I’m understanding your question properly, you cannot add action status details to a native Computers report. However, it is feasible via a custom report.

Can you provide more details on exactly what type of report you are trying to create?
