Hi, I have TEM8.1 installed and my subscribed computer is AIX6.1. I have a 180MB file to be sent to the AIX6.1 endpoint. How long should it take? I noticed it certainly doesn’t happen immediately after the sending process dialogue closed at the TEM console side considering the size of the file.
Is there a way to check whether the endpoint should receive the file? Last time it took nearly an hour before the file appeared; but this time, it’s been more than 24 hours, and the file still doesn’t exist at endpoint side yet?
I have tried restart the TEM client, restart TEM server, restart both computers, but still the endpoint doesn’t receive the file.
How can I make sure the file sending is really happening or if it’s possible to force re-send?
