How do I address "Access denied: credentials accepted, but you must have at least one assigned or inherited role in order to log in." in scheduled Web Reports?

I have two scheduled reports with an error “Access denied: credentials accepted, but you must have at least one assigned or inherited role in order to log in.” Both individuals associated with the report are gone. How can I as an admin cleat these errors and start to reproduce the reports?

Will probably have to recreate the scheduled reports with different credentials and then remove or disable the original scheduled activities. Once that is done can click on the “Errors” link under the administration tab and should have a “Clear” button to clear out existing errors. Good chance that if the scheduled job still exists with original removed creator that the error will repeat and block all emails due to the error.
