We are trying to delete a Web Report user but get an error that seems to indicate that there is a Filter, and the user cannot be deleted as a result.
History: Originally all of our Web Reports user account took the form “{domain}{username}”, then after one of the BigFix Upgrades, they started showing up as {username}@{domain} and everyone ‘lost’ their Web Reports. I was able to get copies of the reports for folks, but now that we are trying to clean up some of the old, now unused, accounts, we are running into the problem where an error is thrown when we attempt to delete certain account (that apparently had Filters defined).
I would expect that if we are deleting an account, all objects associated with the account would also be deleted rather than getting an error about an object that my Web Reports Admin account can’t find.
Anyone have any suggestions? (yeah, I know, PMR, but I mean BEFORE I submit a PMR)
