Not sure what you are looking for. why do you need to “clean up the TEM database”?
If your referring to maintenance tasks for the database, there are a couple of BigFix tools available that can help. There’s the BESComputerRemover.exe, and BESAuditTrailCleaner.exe, both of which you can find on IBM developer works under Utilities:
You can use the computer remover to remove expired computers and duplicated from your database, and the audit trail cleaner is for expired BigFix content.
I would highly recommend that you back up your database before running the utilities.
