HCL Remote Control - “Enable On-Screen Notification” - Change Text of the Notification, is that possible?
If so, I would like also to know if it is possible to if the text can be changed between different states (Monitor, Active etc…)

The OSSN text already contains the session type which is currently running.
About the other question unfortunately there is no property for the customization of the OSSN yet. Your only option is to tamper the language catalog but this means repeating the operation every time that a new version is installed which is not convenient.
I would rather submit an idea on this topic.

The (english) language catalog is contained in this file:
C:\Program Files (x86)\BigFix\Remote Control\Target\i18n\trc_str.properties
Search for ossn. Replace the string BigFix Remote Control - {0} with your custom text.
Keep the {0} block if you want the Target to substitute it with the session name at runtime.
Of course you need to restart the Target service once you saved the changes to the catalog.
