Hello all,
Since BigFix has stopped supporting RHEL5, I have been trying to find a way to create a custom repository with the patches I already have available and patch through a third server (something similar to the OEL Custom Repository option)
I have the server set up with the RHEL5 repository, I have added the repository URL to BigFix and registered my machine to that repo. I pushed a patch to that server but I still get the following error as if the server :
Download error: The requested URL does not pass this deployment’s download whitelist.
Download requested by client:
URL: RedHatProtocol://ksh-20100621-5.el5_8.1.x86_64.rpm
Is there a way to keep the list of patches that BigFix shows, but force the server to download them through the repository server and not through Redhat?
