Having issue launching SSA

Hi, I faced an issue when launching the SSA. The system will prompt an warning message box saying “This application requires the BigFix agent to be running”. I have no issue launching the BigFix console. Please advise.

To add on to my previous post, reboot doesnt seems to help. I can see BigFix agent in my Task manager. Please advise.

I think you should open a support incident. We’ll likely need to see the client logs and check your configuration to see what’s happening on your system. That message should indicate the BESClient service is not running.
