I get the following error message “No BES Web Reports Servers are aggregating this database” I deleted the associated database as the database was showing as disabled. How to I get back into Web Reports to set up the database for web Reports?

On the databases section, select ‘Add New Database’

Provide the following entries, it should set it up for you again. The ServerName is just a string to identify your database, it is arbitrary.

ServerName:

Use a SystemDSN: bes_bfenterprise

Use Windows Authentication

Submit!

Assuming you aren’t using a remote database setup and web reports is being hosted on the BES Server itself, this should attach your bfenterprise database to be aggregated by web reports. If the database appears as ‘disabled’ again, the DSN being used might be pointing to the wrong database or there may be a sql authentication problem.
