HI
i would be happy to see Firmware and Driver Updates through BigFix.
Especially since the licensing Scheme for Server has changed.
It would be enough to cover major X32/X64 Brands like
HP, IBM, Siemens, Dell (This also my personal priority)
I am totally aware that most of this companies have their own solution, but who wants really support a lot of different Programs ?
Especially when BigFix is a great tool to do it.

We would also like to utilize bigfix to deploy hardware updates (not just via the Software Distribution Wizard). Are there any plans to have a site created for this?

That would be a great idea. We already use Bigfix to deploy drivers and firmware updates to our IBM servers and registers. It would be great to have those readily available.

So just to point out there are 2 other threads on this already. I’ll again add my vote and ask the DELL be the #1 priority :). My guess is that if we do see this now, IBM will be the vendor that gets implemented 1st - just a hunch.
