There is most likely no issue with the fixlet.
This has been discussed many times in the forum. Google uses the same URL to download the current version of Chrome. Once they change out the MSI, the hash obviously no longer matches. Since you did not run the fixlet to download and cache the MSI prior to the new chrome version, then you need to instead use the latest fixlet from Sept 2nd (128.X.X.120) or obtain the older MSI on your own and cache it manually on your BigFix instance.
Latest Chrome fixlet came out about the same time you posted this thread
