Gathering one site on a custom schedule

Hi:

I have a requirement to be able to review and approve changes made to a set of Actions that will come for a Custom site that I will not have control over. I have a different organization that will be providing the content, but my organization wants to review the content before it is updated and released to the endpoints. Is there a way to do that? I found some references to on the “site Maintainence” section of the manual:

but it also says that it doesn’t work for action sites.

Does anybody have any pointers on how to configure this? Manual schedule for gathering from one site?

Perhaps if you want manual gathering, the one organization can export the Fixlets and you can import the Fixlets for review and approval first? If you are talking about actions perhaps you can enable Four Eyes Authentication (http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=422271)?
