My versions are stating they are up to date but are not. Example security is 3888 but i believe it should be 3902?

No error is gather and i have reset it and done gather all a couple times.
All started in December, last patch dec 13, 2021.
You’ll probably need to open a support incident to go through your logs in more detail, but yes you’re correct your copy of the site is outdated.
I’d suspect a proxy issue?
That is what i was afraid of. The year before last, there was a renewal issue and we dropped support. We were told at that time that since we own perpetual licenses we would continue to get patch content just not support.
