Gather process says bessecurity patching site up-to-date but it's not

Seeing an ‘issue’ where the Mar patches haven’t synced. Looking into the Gatherlog, and enabling verbose logging, I see the following:

Thu, 16 Mar 2023 08:00:59 +0000 – Gather mirror finished for siteEnterprise Security
Thu, 16 Mar 2023 08:00:59 +0000 – old currentFileList version is 4160
Thu, 16 Mar 2023 08:00:59 +0000 – Gathering the currentFileList file…
Thu, 16 Mar 2023 08:00:59 +0000 – currentFileList gathered
Thu, 16 Mar 2023 08:00:59 +0000 – currentFileList Version is the same…no need to get the files from the server
Thu, 16 Mar 2023 08:00:59 +0000 – Version 4160 of site Enterprise Security is up to date; skipping import.

I can’t see any errors, checked a few other logs, nothing leaps out. Server can communicate with the bessecurity site without issue:

The one thing sitting in the back of my mind, is that the support is due to expire soon (I’m told). I wonder if someone got the dates wrong and this is a consequence of it. Does anyone know if this is expected behaviour if the support expires?

The licence overview isn’t flagging anything so I’m at a bit of a loss here if it’s not support related.

What does the Gather Status report show for this site? (please see https://support.hcltechsw.com/csm?id=kb_article&sysparm_article=KB0023202 for reference)

Hi Aram,

Apologies, we raised a ticket in the end and seems to have been support / licence related. I can’t recall if I checked this at the time but should the situation occur again I’ll check it out.

Regards,

Andrew
