Hey,

I’m Having Gathering errors and i can’t trace where they are coming from,

http://10.1.1.152:52311 = Old TEM Environment

http://GERVWBFXP001:52311 = New TEM Environment

These environments are not related, i looked in the NEW TEM sites and non mention 10.1.1.152 so what would cause them?

Could this mean there’s some agents under some relay who haven’t switched yet? as i am getting the gather error on 2 relays out of 54 relays.

If this is still a problem and if you have not done so already; you may want to open a case with Support by either submitting a PMR through the Service Request tool:

Hi,

We were getting these errors early on the 5th, they seemed to resolve themselves later in the day.
