I keep getting weird exit codes on machines that already have said patches but still show as relevant. What do I put in my Action code that would allow the machine to bypass a certain exit code and show as Not Relavant? I really need this.

Action Script can’t make it report Not Relevant - if it’s Not Relevant, the action won’t run at all. It needs to be fixed in the Relevance instead.
If you’re sure the patches are in fact installed (the best way to tell being to try running the patch manually), it could be a bug in the fixlet relevance. It happens, sometimes there are a lot of different conditions to check.
