The Sha1 is incorrect and the fixlet fails with

It appears that the Flash Player installer binary was updated after Fixlets for 26.0.0.131 were released.

The affected Fixlets were updated and published a few hours ago, in site Updates for Windows Applications, version 1040. Please gather the latest site and try again.
