Fixlet plans for KB5003830 - Cumulative Update 25 for SQL Server 2017?

Our DBA have asked to proceed with KB5003830 in August but I see the content is still not available.

SQL content has followed MS release by 5-6 days when I’ve been looking for it and this release was about 15 days ago so I was hoping for confirmation that content is planned or being created and will be published?
