The SHA1 value
b00f2e77841e9537e20f6bda9b4c46efa573adf1 you are getting is actually for the previous version of Flash Player 12.0.0.70. When Flash Player is upgraded, usually the URL is not changed. Kindly verify that you are downloading the file directly from Adobe website instead of getting it from cache etc.

Well its not our proxy, it appears to be out internet provider caching files. We only get the older file (.70) when downloading that link instead of the new file (.77). Has this occurred before to anyone? Since the file name never changes this has to have happened before? We are going to try some other internet providers and then manually cache the file on the BES server if we can download the (.77) file.
We have tried two separate internet providers…charter and cox. Both are only downloading the older file (.70). Has adobe pulled the new file? Does anyone have this fixlet working?

So their CDN appears to be Akamai Technologies. I am getting the latest file downloaded from the IP shown above. You might want to ask in
Adobe forum
and provide the CDN’s IP from
your ping result
(which should be different from mine, and the content of it was not updated).
