Fixlet issues with Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0

If this is installed:

UPDATE: Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 Client Profile Available

Then this Fixlet will not report as applicable.

UPDATE: Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 Available

This is not correct. These are different and I have a need to deploy “UPDATE: Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 Available” and the FixLet does not accurately report where it is missing because the “Client Profile” versions also happens to be installed on machines.
