It seems Microsoft has released incorrect information.
As of this post, the Microsoft download page for MS17-013 Microsoft Live Meeting 2007 Add-in download page https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Download-the-Live-Meeting-Conferencing-Add-in-for-Microsoft-Office-Outlook-60691b44-279d-4be6-a9b1-b78d9789bd4f?CorrelationId=062af222-c550-4850-a466-fa96487a6b74&ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US has link to https://download.microsoft.com/download/c/2/9/c2902fa5-84cd-49c8-a046-20acba6bdf9b/confaddins_setup.exe for 32bit module, which does not exist.
