Fixlet deployment takes long time

Hi all,
I installed the BIGFIX in my organization and I have a problem that I could not arrange:
When I run a fixlet (windows patch, app update, computer setting…) on a computer, it takes a long time for the station to receive the fixlet.
The situation is that I wait about 8 hours until the computer gets the deployment and the status changed to “completed”.
Anyone know the problem and can help me? I’m probably missing a simple setting …

It’s likely that UDP notifications from the relay to the client are being blocked by firewall, host-based firewall, or NAT translation. See if you can open udp/52311 from server to relays and relays to clients.
