Fixlet debugger query channel

When using Fixlet Debugger Query Channel against some of our clients, it seems like the query is just hanging there, never getting an answer back. When I look in the client log file, I’m getting the messages below :

[ThreadTime:14:12:07] Starting processing query id 47
[ThreadTime:14:12:07] Unable to retrieve query with id 47

We are running 9.5.12 on both BigFix Server, Fixlet Debugger and client.

Problem seems to be consistent on these clients. No problems against most of the clients.

Has anyone seen this and know how to fix it.

Clients that have recently (i.e. in the last 24 hours) changed relay might show this because they might be getting UDP notification for a new query from the former relay before the current relay is actually able to serve it.

This might occur in the next 24 hours after a client has changed relay. Once the former relay hasn’t heard from the client for 24 hours, it assumes the client has moved to another relay or has become inactive, and stops notifying it. And so the described circumstance shouldn’t occur anymore.
