Fixlet 504686001 - MS24-NOV: Security Update for SQL Server 2019 RTM CU - SQL Server 2019 - KB5046860 (x64) - is showing as applicable for devices that do not have SQL Server 2019 installed.
We have a few devices that have SQL Server 2019 LocalDB installed, they all show that they require this fixlet but installation fails. When trying to install KB5046860 manually it fails with an error that says “There are no SQL Server instances or shared features that can be updated on this computer”
