Firefox No longer uses defaults/prefs/channel-prefs.js for Mac?

Version 124.x on a mac has a “/Applications/Firefox.app/Contents/Resources/defaults/pref/channel-prefs.js” file to determine which update channel is it on, ie release, ESR, Canary etc.
Versions above 126 dont seem to have that folder any more and the update fixlets no longer show relevant for 129.0.x when the machines are still on 126.x.x … Mozilla seems to be using /Applications/Firefox.app/Contents/Resources/application.ini" with the line SourceRepository= and an url ending in mozilla-release or moziila-esrxxx
Am I missing something? Anyone else seeing this ?
Do the update fixlets need the relevance changing to reflect this … I suspect an either exists the existing relevance or content of file “/Applications/Firefox.app/Contents/Resources/application.ini” as lowercase contains “mozilla-release”

Update: I checked the scripts and extension attributes in our instance of Jamf and that is looking at “/Applications/Firefox.app/Contents/Resources/application.ini” for the release channel too.
