Firefox / Firefox ESR 64Bit

Are there plans to support the 64bit version of Firefox / Firefox ESR?

I found there is an RFE for it that I have voted for, where it is ‘planned for future release’.

Another question: I’ve created my own x64 fixlet. Download failed, I had to add https://ftp.mozilla.org/.*
to DownloadWhitelist.txt to get it working. The only difference between the x86 and x64 download links is a directory in the url https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/60.2.0esr/win64/en-US/, win64 instead of win32.

Any idea why win32 is working without whitelisting, while win64 is not?
