my goal is delete all folder that contains “$NtUninstallKB” in c:\windows and the time stamp is later than 1 month.
the folder is hidden folder.
what is the relevance & the script action ?

You can always have a relevance that will check the presence of the file, that will show the computers in the applicable computers tab and then you can run the action script to delete the folder
