I am trying to find clients which have no value for a particular property. The property shows "<not set>" when it has no value. I have tried filtering on"<not set>" as well as using the empty text box and neither returns the list of clients which do not have that property set. How do I filter for a property which is"<not set>"?
Try setting the filter based on ‘contains’ and do not include the <> such as the following:
