FillDB seems to commit insert aggressively when writing to the database

FillDB seems to commit insert fairly aggressively when writing to the database.

With many small files, this can result in many small writes to the BESenterprise database log file, resulting in slower processing performance. Is there a way to adjust the batch size used by the FillDB when committing inserts to the database?
