False positive, affecting but possible not limited to KB5003173

We are seeing a small number of false positives for KB5003173 but the root cause could well impact other fixlets.

Systems affected are 21H1 or 21H2 released that have been updated from 2009/20H2. As MS have deprecated the ReleasedID but do not remove that during the feature update, the legacy “ReleaseID” value in “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion” still exists as triggers a True on relevance 6 in fixlet 500317305, exists value "ReleaseID" whose (it as string = "2009") of key "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion" of native registry

In actual fact, the systems now have the new"Display Version" with a value of 21H1 or 21H2 but still have the deprecated "ReleasedID" value so causes a false positive.
