FAILED to Synchronize

Hi,

I have an evaluation server(BES 7.0.7.96 evaluation version) installed on a windows xp pro pc. Now, the problem is the client PC doesn’t get connected to the server with the settings firewall off.

What should I do now? Below is the log file from the client pc.

Hi jourdan,

It looks a lot like you have had multiple installations of BigFix on this computer because the client is indicating that the digital signatures are not trusted and thus it will not gather them (which would happen if you had installed multiple installations and didn’t remove all the remnants of the old version). Since this is an eval version, probably the easiest thing to do is run the BES Remove tool to remove everything (get the database too) and then reinstall.
