Problem: Error Failed to load Bigfix console: class NoAuthorizedSignature(Digest Algorith “sha1” not allowed or invalid. Attached is the screenshot.
Scenario: During the Bigfix 11 upgrade, the installation required enable the enhanced security. Attached is the screenshot.
Step produce:
- Restart all the Bigfix service. Failed to restart Bigfix client and Bigfix webreport service.
- Relogin the Bigfix console.
- unable to login the Bigfix console
- We have setup Bigfix to use proxy and test to gather the license. However, we were getting an error below:
The server failed to import an updated license. The following error occurred: requirement failure at updatesitelicense.cpp: 150(siteAdminKey !=0).
Kindly advise on workaround or solution to this problem. Thank you.
