Failed client authentication certificate update with server message

Hi Guys,

Today I found that BESclient on my BigFix Main server mark as gray in the console. BESclient service status is start and no port blocked. But after I check the BESclient on the server side, I got this error “Failed client authentication certificate update with server message: class X509VerifyError<20>”. Any one of you faced the same issue and how to resolve?

It suggests maybe the masthead of the client is out of date. The certificate cannot be verified by the client. Can’t think of why this would be happening though
