External sites that refer other sites

I have created a custom site and some content in it. Now there are some fixlets which are already available in other sites which I want to reuse and not duplicate. I will ultimately be publishing to an external site.
Is there a way to link two external sites? Meaning, when someone enables or subscribes to my site, the other site should also get enabled automatically.

If this is for anything but internal use, consider that a customer might get upset if they were subscribed to a site they did not explicitly request. I’d be suprised if BES allowed this in any case.

If I correctly understand your question, the functionality you’re looking for might be accomplished by publishing Baselines, where the source fixlets come from the third-party site. A Baseline includes the full content of the source fixlets, not just a reference, so clients would not have to be subscribed to the third-party site.

Your system, knowing the original source fixlets of the baselines, should be able to easily synchronize the baselines as source fixlets get updated using the Baseline Synchronization Wizard.
